Hello! I am a senior leader successfully blurring the lines of business strategy, marketing and design thinking. I have a proven track record in brand development and creative strategy, leading B2B organizations and teams through rebranding 
initiatives, marketing and communications efforts. My most recent endeavors have been at Aon where I directed and rolled out brand/creative across the organization. Currently I am enrolled in the Executive MBA 
program at the Kellogg School of Management to be completed June 2020.

Aon Brand Development

Developed the creative strategy for Aon’s first-ever global visual brand standards, unifying a $12B 
organization with 600 acquisitions, driving the brand transition across three major business 
units and more than 30 solution lines through a one-year phased approach.

Aon Risk Reward Challenge

The go-to-market omni-channel creative strategy was created for the Aon Risk Reward Challenget – a 
season-long competition stretching across the PGA TOUR and LPGA that highlights golf’s 
best strategic decision makers.

Aon Employer Brand

The Aon Employer Brand was created to help candidates and colleagues see the supportive network they would be a part of. Being at the center of something bigger demonstrated that a career at Aon meant creating, building and strengthening a network to empower yourself, the firm and our clients.

Extending Aon's creative brand strategy to event and meeting experience to elevate the firm's core capabilities and solution offerings.

Seyfarth Shaw Brand Development

Rebranding initiative for top ranking, $590M revenue generating U.S. law firm. The essence of the Seyfarth brand position was their ability to leverage its innovative approach to problem solving, its strength in creating value from results and the client relationships cultivated.
